'Offering bleak, powerful and punchy rock peppered with some quasi-prog sound effects, Revolution For Dogs immediately stand out from the crowd and are in some respects reminiscent of Therapy? The more upbeat and swaggering b-side 'Vampyre Of The Soul' offers a slightly different take on their distinctive sound, but both tracks leave a very pleasant aftertaste. Keep an eye on this lot.'

The band have been invited by MCD to support Flobots in Whelan's on Sunday, 21st September. Flobots are from Denver, Colorado and were recently signed by Universal Records. Last month they appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and their latest single is No.5 in the Alternative & Indie Charts in the US this week. www.ticketmaster.ie

The band's 3rd single, 'Mission To The Sun' & 'Vampyre Of The Soul' is out on October 6th. The band will be doing an interview on Phantom to promote the song, we'll let you know the date as soon as we have it.

With a week to go, we're delighted to announce that Orphan Code and Aortal have confirmed to play the Saturday of Dogstock. Neon Stars will play Friday. The next single 'Mission to the Sun/Vampyre of the Soul' will be released in October. The artwork is completed and the tracks are currently being mixed at Master Labs w/ Aidan Foley (foo fighters, the frames, U2).

Following their high octane performance at Thomas Read's on Sunday, the band have been invited to play The King Kong Club on Thursday, 17th July. More gig news coming very soon.

'Mission to the Sun' has been selected to feature in the forthcoming film 'Corners' by Carl Gallen. It's currently in production with Paradiso Pictures and due for release later this year. We'll keep you posted.
